I grew up on a family farm in Protection, Kansas. Some of my fondest memories are from that farm — working with siblings while taking care of cattle, working in the harvest field and learning life-long lessons I hope my children will also be able to experience.
I graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. My work experience includes the banking, healthcare and accounting industries, where I served in a variety of roles interacting with customers and managing administrative functions. In 2008 my husband and I moved to Pratt, Kansas so that our two children would grow up in a rural area. We are now close to their grandparents, aunts and uncles and the same family farm I grew up on, now owned and operated by my three brothers and their families.
My work with Lance focuses on interaction with family business owners and peer groups: meeting and workshop planning and communication, group meeting logistics, scheduling, meeting reporting and project follow-through.
